Responsible Betting

Bet for Fun. Stay in Control.

GO SPORTS PRO is built to make sports betting more entertaining, more informed and more engaging—but betting should always remain entertainment, not a way to make money or solve financial problems.

Our goal is to help sports bettors make more thoughtful decisions, protect their bankroll and recognize when the smartest decision may be to wait or not bet at all.

GO SPORTS PRO Is Not a Sportsbook

GO SPORTS PRO provides sports intelligence, analysis, content, fantasy play and sportsbook-routing tools. We may direct users to independent sportsbooks, but those sportsbooks operate their own accounts, wagers, deposits, withdrawals, limits and responsible-betting programs.

Always review the rules and responsible-betting tools of the sportsbook you choose.

Before You Bet

Ask yourself:

  • Am I betting only money I can afford to lose?
  • Is betting entertainment for me?
  • Have I set a personal budget?
  • Am I calm and making a planned decision?
  • Would I be comfortable with this wager if I lost it?

If the answer to any of these questions is no, consider waiting or not betting.

Set Limits

Before placing bets, consider setting:

  • A daily, weekly or monthly spending limit
  • A time limit for betting
  • A maximum wager amount
  • Deposit and loss limits through your sportsbook
  • A cooling-off period after a losing streak

Never increase your stakes simply because you lost.

Never Chase Losses

A losing bet does not create an obligation to place another bet. Chasing losses can quickly turn entertainment into stress.

Take a break, review your limits and remember that no game is guaranteed.

BET, WAIT or NO BET

Joe and GO SPORTS PRO’s 23 intelligence engines may provide BET, WAIT or NO BET guidance based on available information.

This guidance is not a promise of success. You are always free to make your own decision, wait for more information or choose not to bet.

Sometimes the smartest bet is no bet at all.

Watch for Warning Signs

Consider taking a break or seeking help if you:

  • Bet more money or time than planned
  • Chase losses
  • Borrow money to bet
  • Hide your betting from others
  • Feel anxious, angry or stressed when betting
  • Bet to escape problems or difficult emotions
  • Neglect work, family, sleep or responsibilities
  • Keep betting after deciding to stop
  • Feel unable to control your betting

These signs are not something to be ashamed of. Support is available.

Take a Break or Self-Exclude

If betting is becoming difficult to control, stop using betting services and contact the sportsbook where you place wagers.

Most regulated sportsbooks provide tools such as:

  • Deposit limits
  • Loss limits
  • Time limits
  • Cooling-off periods
  • Account closures
  • Self-exclusion

Self-exclusion requests must generally be made directly through the sportsbook or operator that holds your account.

Our Commitment

GO SPORTS PRO will continue building an experience that supports informed decisions, clear information and responsible participation.

We want sports bettors to enjoy the game, protect their bankroll and stay in control.

If betting is no longer fun, step away.
